The Wellnessland Wholeness Center in the Philippines teaches how to gain empowerment over health through seminars and retreats, detox and wholeness programs, and plant-based whole food workshops. Taekwondo and Karatedo classes are also offered. At the 17-room Soami Retreat Center you can choose a six-day detox challenge among other nutritional programs with daily yoga practice offering inner peace and self-healing. In the Italian countryside of Marche, Italy, this three-room house specializes in exquisite cuisine and massages with extra-virgin olive oil that nourishes and moisturizes skin and hair. The wellness program also includes infrared sauna followed by hydro massage to cleanse the body of toxins. Cycling and hiking add to the fitness regime.

Ayurveda medicine is practiced exclusively at the Parkschlösschen, a five-star luxury hotel in the Art Nouveau town of Traben-Trarbach on the Mosel River in Germany. From programs for both curing and prevention to the supporting programs of Yoga, physical exercise, the spa (thermal pool, sauna, cosmetic treatment room, fitness room), cooking workshops and daily lectures, the basic principles of Ayurveda are followed at the 58-room hotel.
