From ice sculpting to canoe races to dog-sledding, there are more than 200 fun winter activities to choose from. One favorite must-see is Bonhomme’s Ice Palace. Bonhomme is the carnival’s jolly ambassador. He’s even more revered than Santa in the eyes of some Quebec children.
