Inside cabins start at $599 per person. There is a 21-Day Panama Canal: Vancouver to Fort Lauderdale aboard Nieuw Amsterdam departing Sept. 27, 2026, and a 20-Day Panama Canal: Vancouver to Fort Lauderdale aboard Eurodam departing Oct. 4, 2026.
There is also a shorter 4-day Pacific Coastal Cruise from Vancouver, with a stop in Santa Barbara before arriving in San Diego, with a cruise fare starting at $449 per person.
The 17-Day Circle Hawaii leaves Vancouver for San Diego aboard Koningsdam departing Oct. 3, 2026, and “Legendary Glaciers & Volcanoes” Alaska-to-Hawaii sailing from September 6 to October 4, 2026 aboard Noordam.
Also on the Noordam, they are offering a one-night cruise from Vancouver to Seattle on September 6 to 7, starting at $149 per person.
Royal Caribbean Serenade

Since Royal Caribbean’s ships are packed with attractions, entertainment, and dining experiences, the repositioning cruises give guests extra time to enjoy them all without feeling rushed.

Royal Caribbean’s Serenade of the Seas repositioned from Los Angeles to Vancouver for the Alaska season on May 5, 2026. This unique, 5-night Pacific Coastal cruise included two days at sea and a stop in Seattle, Victoria, B.C., and Vancouver, B.C.
When the Alaska weather gets colder, Serenade will return to California with another repositioning cruise on September 27 to October 2, 2026. This itinerary will start in Vancouver, British Columbia and visit Astoria, Oregon, San Francisco, and San Diego, California. Fares for this cruise start at $586 per person for an outside-view window cabin.
Virgin Voyages Brilliant Lady
Sir Richard Branson, a prominent British entrepreneur and adventurer best known for founding the Virgin Group, promises sailors a fun-filled shore-to-shore experience on his ships.
Recently, the Brilliant Lady sailed from Florida to the West Coast for a maiden Virgin Voyage. This cruise line is uniquely different from others, as it welcomes only guests 18 and older.

Brilliant Lady embarked from Los Angeles to Seattle and Vancouver to a variety of destinations along Alaska’s Inland Passage. The vessel will return and transit through the Panama Canal at the end of October as she heads back to Miami, FL.
Disney Cruise Line
Disney Cruises are the most family-friendly. This is the most family-focused cruise line, with Disney-themed horn blasts at port and Disney music played in the hallways.
Pacific Coast repositioning dates are usually when little ones are still in school, so these cruises tend to sail with more adult Disney fans. That means a little quieter onboard, shorter lines, and the need to reserve an Italian dinner or decadent brunch at Palo early.

Disney Cruise Itineraries
The Disney Magic and Disney Wonder have sailed their repositioning cruises up to Vancouver to reach Alaska. The Disney Magic left early in April for a 4-Night Pacific Cruise from San Diego to Vancouver.
When the ship’s summer in Alaska ends, it is scheduled to head back down from Vancouver to San Diego from September 17 to 21. Then it will sail 3-to-7-night itineraries visiting Mexico out of San Diego, before taking an epic 14-night cruise through the Panama Canal from San Diego to Galveston from November 6 to 20, 2026.
The Disney Wonder left on May 7, 2026, before kicking off its 7-Day Alaska season cruises. From September 28 to October 3, 2026, she will sail back to San Diego to get ready for the Disney Cruise Halloween on the High Seas event. It takes place from September to October 2026.
Specific sailings will feature Halloween celebrations across various ships in the Disney Cruise Line fleet, including the Disney Magic, Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, Disney Wish, Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny.
