Advertiser Terms And Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order for advertising with Go World Travel Magazine ("Publisher"), the Advertiser ("Client") acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions by completing the order form or submitting written confirmation. These terms govern all advertising services provided by Publisher and form a legally binding agreement between both parties.

2. Advertising Content and Approval
a. All advertising content is subject to Publisher’s approval and must comply with editorial guidelines, community standards, and legal regulations.
b. Advertiser asserts that they have the right to place advertisements on behalf of their client.
c. Publisher reserves the right to reject, remove, or request modifications to any advertisement that does not align with Go World Travel Magazine’s standards.
d. Advertisers must ensure all submitted content (including text, images, and links) is accurate, lawful, and free from misleading or false claims.

3. Payment Terms
a. Advertiser rates are displayed on the website.
b. Final payment is due once campaigns go live.
c. Late payments may result in campaigns being delayed or canceled. Canceled campaigns may be reinstated upon full payment, subject to Publisher’s discretion.
d. Payments are non-refundable unless Publisher fails to fulfill agreed-upon services.

e. Discounts and promotional offers, if applicable, must be used within the specified time frame.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled publication date.
b. Advertisers who cancel after the deadline are liable for the full cost of the advertisement.
c. If Publisher cancels an advertisement due to a violation of these terms, the Advertiser is not entitled to a refund.
d. In cases where an advertisement cannot be published due to Publisher’s fault, a credit or refund may be issued at Publisher’s discretion.

5. Sponsored Content and Native Advertising
a. The Publisher reserves the right to edit or format content for readability, SEO, and user experience.
b. Advertisers must ensure all claims in sponsored content are accurate.
c. Sponsored content remains on GoWorldTravel.com for the duration specified in the package purchased unless otherwise agreed. Extensions may be available at an additional cost; please inquire for details.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright
a. The Advertiser represents and warrants that any content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and videos, submitted for placement on our website does not infringe upon any third party’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
b. The Advertiser assumes full responsibility for securing any necessary permissions or licenses for using such content. 

7. Liability and Indemnification
a. Publisher is not liable for any loss, damage, or claims resulting from an advertisement’s content, errors, or failure to publish.
b. In the event of any claims of infringement, the Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold publisher harmless from any resulting liabilities, damages, or legal expenses.
c. Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold Publisher harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the advertisement.
d. Publisher is not responsible for any typographical errors, omissions, or inaccuracies after Advertiser has approved the content.
e. Publisher is not liable for any temporary website downtime or technical issues that may affect ad visibility.

8. Ad Performance and Reporting
a. Publisher does not guarantee any specific results or performance from advertisements, including traffic, clicks, conversions, or sales.
b. Advertisers may request analytics reports on performance if included in their package.

9. Third-Party Platforms and Distribution
a. Publisher may promote advertisements on affiliated platforms (such as social media or email newsletters) as part of a marketing package.
b. Advertisers acknowledge that third-party platform algorithms and policies may affect the visibility of ads.

10. Modifications to Terms

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
